guys, how can I register my scanner that I purchased used from other guy? is it even possible? and if I do it will I loose the info that he already stored? I think he updated twice. thanks! -

Get the login info from the guy you bought of him and keep your updates alive mean time send an email to Autel Customer Service and ask them how can they help you transferring it to your name.........

Just call support no need to email. They will do it in less than 30 minutes no questions asked. Tools can be re registered only every 90 days.
